Every detail was FABULOUS there, including stuff and location. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was across the peaceful area. Free bus was a nice touch.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Good breakfast, amazing location and PERFECT views. It was very close to Lake Lucerne. Moreover, there was a lake within 5 mins walk from the property. Big rooms with a sunny balcony.

The hotel of choice in Lucerne. Beautiful position along with friendly staff are the reasons we appreciated it. A good sized room. In addition, free Wi Fi was provided.

That restaurant was missing.
